Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) form the core components of our Quality Control System. We strive for continuous improvement, through a rigorous self-inspection schedule, regular training and certification for our staff on Food Safety & Hygiene, Halal, HACCP & HSE.
All our manufacturing processes are reviewed regularly in keeping with our focus on continuous improvement of our systems and processes and to ensure that we respect our environment and act responsibly as a global and corporate citizen; conforming at all time to the rules and regulations of our home country, the United Arab Emirates.
