Fully trimmed white fish fillet without bones.
Ideal for a wide variety of preparations such as grilling, barbecue, curry, breading or tempura.
Take package out of the freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving and leave it in a bowl in the refrigerator.
For a last-minute forced thaw, nick a corner of the package with a knife, and set the fish (package and all) in a bowl beneath cold running water.
Do not let the water sit / do not use hot water. Rotate the package occasionally during the thawing process
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
